The lovely breakfast served in the beautiful dining room on a nicely set table truly set the tone for the day ahead. the handmade items in the small gallery added a unique touch to the property, showcasing the owners' attention to detail. Craig and Lynne, the hosts, were exceptional in their hospitality. Their warm welcome tea tray with scrumptious cake was a delightful surprise upon arrival. Their knowledge of the local area was invaluable, providing me with great recommendations for exploring the surroundings. The old house exuded character and charm, with original features adding to its appeal. Despite being an old building, the room I stayed in was comfortable and spacious, with all the necessary amenities such as ironing facilities, heating, and a sitting area. the breakfast served each morning was not only delicious but also catered to my dietary preferences without any issues.
